Course Description
Atego Process Director provides a highly scalable, practical approach for establishing, measuring, managing and improving your organizations operational, engineering and development processes. It is extremely powerful but how can you make the most of it and realize significant benefits? This one day course answers these questions, and more, giving you the foundation you need to understand how to use Atego Process Director. It starts with an introduction to general process concepts then leads into Atego’s approach to process authoring, management and deployment. The course then applies a mixture of presentations and workshops, in which Atego Process Director is used to define, select, manage, deploy, measure and improve processes.

- Understand how Atego Process Consumer deploys processes

- How to define own process types – common metadata/metrics and templates
- How to define metadata/metrics
- How to make upgraded process available to existing projects

- An understanding of at least one of your organizations processes or a formal methodology
