Prerequisites

Outline
Brass Bullet Ltd’s Universal Competency Assessment Model
(UCAM) is a competency assessment meta-model and set of processes designed to
be used with any competency framework (or set of frameworks) by an organisation
in order to establish a reusable competency assessment framework that clearly
defines the aims and needs of any assessment, defining acceptable evidence
types, assessment scopes and helps in the production of a competency profile
for the person assessed.
The UCAM Assessor’s Course is a two day training course that introduces the
concepts behind UCAM, details the processes involved and concludes with two
workshops that give attendees experience of conducting assessments in the
context of the UCAM framework.
